Chennai Express has shifted its release date from 8th to 9th August
The Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone starrer was slated for release on Thursday, Aug 8. However, the date has been shifted to 9th August as Friday is a bank holiday and would guarantee more audience. Also, the release date was planned keeping Eid in mind which is now going to be celebrated on the 9th of Aug and so the date has been shifted.
