Anushka Sharma fitting secrets with her trainer

She entered Bollywood as a girl-next-door, but with her very second film, Anushka Sharma shed all her inhibitions and showed how to don a two piece

Anushka keeps emerging out of water in skimpy clothes and the mercury rises up every time. Talk about global warming! She knows a bikini hides, well, only the essentials and so keeps her body lean, fit and just the right side of curvaceous to give us more jaw-dropping moments.

When it comes to workouts, Anushka’s intense and religious. She never misses them. At times, she gyms even after a tiring day of shooting. To prepare for JTHJ, we trained for four-five days a week. I travelled with her when she went outdoors. I trained her for a month in London and a month in Mumbai and then 15 days in Srinagar and Ladakh during the shooting schedules. Anushka is a foodie. But her high metabolism ensures she can eat anything. I prescribe her five meals a day. Sometimes she cheats but her metabolism is so good that I don’t mind.



Anushka's Diet Plan
l Breakfast:
1 cup - oatmeal or cream of wheat
20 grams of pure whey isolate mixed with water or skimmed milk
1 cup of Granula with yogurt.
l After 2 hours:
4 ounce of grilled boneless chicken
1 cup of cooked rice
1 cup of fruit
l After 3 hours:
25 grams of pure Whey
½ cup of nuts
l After 3 hours:
4 ounce grilled chicken/fish
8 ounce of pasta/ noodles/potato
6 ounce steamed veggies
l After 3 hours:
Yogurt and 1 cup granula or 2 rice cakes with peanut butter and jelly
She also consumes multivitamins - 1000mg of
vitamin C, 1000mg coral calcium, 1000 mg of milk thistle, 2000mg B3.
