Shahrukh Khan, who was in Chennai recently for an awards function, spoke to Chennai Times about his upcoming projects and plans.
SRK talked about his films, and how he tried to make them special. He specially recollected an incident of the past where he was on the terrace, chatting with Mani Ratnam when Mani sir declared that 'Chaiyya Chaiyya' will be shot on a train. He spoke proudly of the fact that the number became iconic and inspired many a filmmaker including Hollywood ones.
Coming to Hollywood, SRK mentioned that he will be the last person to go to Hollywood. Apparently, though everyone advises him to go there and make a mark, he prefers to stay in Bollywood and use his popularity to get Indian films on the world arena. Now, isn't that a good idea?
