Shruti Haasan is now all set to play bold and promising roles in her forthcoming projects. The south actress will be seen playing a prostitute, who is cited in Karachi, in her upcoming Bollywood movie 'D-Day'.
In Nikhil Advani's 'D-Day', Arjun Rampal, who would be seen playing as a RAW agent, falls in love with Shruti Haasan, who enacts the role of a prostitute from Napier Road, Karachi. Their burning hot and silent love story becomes a medium in the plot that attempts to bring back the most wanted underworld gangster to India from Pakistan. Rishi Kapoor will be seen playing the role of a dreaded gangster Dawood in the film 'D-Day'. The film also stars Irrfan Khan, Huma Qureshi, and others in their respective roles. It is presently scheduled to release in theatres on July 19, 2013.
