Tamil film director KV Anand has chosen the ‘Student of the Year’ girl Alia Bhatt for his next, to star opposite Dhanush. He confirmed the news on his FB page saying,
“How many of you like Alia Bhatt? Hope you will see her in Tamil industry soon! Wait for my official announcement”
KV Anand’s last film Maattrraan received mixed responses and a decent BO rating. Dhanush is flying high over the success of his Bollywood film Raanjhanaa. As for Alia, this is her second tryst with Tamil after playing a Tambram in ’2 States’.
